endothermic with pressure and temperature?

I am so confused on this
if i only know that cold cream is 20% alcohol and the vapor pressure of alcohol is 59 torr at 25 degrees C and water vapor has a pressure of 24 torr at the same temperature how do i know that they are cold and how do they compare?
any help would be greatly appreciated
