OK, I'll bite.  You get a furnace, built out of a suitable refractory material, and you burn lots of fuel, either coke, or natural gas or atomized (that is sprayed from a jet of fluid) fuel oil.  Or maybe you can use a Fresnel lens or other large surface area solar collector.  Or hey, a laser, of suitable wattage will work too.

I'm guessing you're at home, and have limited metallurgical knowledge, training, and access to the resources I mentioned above.  In that case, you can't, because you shouldn't.

Almost any welders torch would do.
There are different kinds of iron oxides with different melting temperatures though, it is a very broad range.

That'll work too. Presumably, a patch of bare earth, far enough away from flammable structures is a suitable refractory furnace.

any oxy-acetylene torch will easily be able to melt it, just use a very mild flame as acetylene can reach temps in excess of 3000c

however, if you really want tot get the job done properly, try a thermonuclear device
Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.
