Ask google.
I tried to search on Google, Wikipedia and IUPAC and I haven't found the proper reaction. Indeed I found some general information such as the appliances of the reaction, chemical factories where it tajes place, some youtube videos, anything but what I needed.

Wiki article on aqua regia contains the information you are asking for. Mechanism involves nitrosyl chloride.
