Enthalpy of a Reaction--Help

Please help me with this problem, I have no idea where to start. 

25 degrees C of sodium metal and water, carried out in a beaker open to the atmosphere at 1.00 atm pressure

2Na(s) + 2H20(l)-----2NaOH(aq) + H2(g)

then my book gives the answer, deltaH = -368.8 kJ

Have you seen the equation

:delta: Hreaction =  :delta: Hproducts -  :delta: Hreactants

You need some more information, Either the enthalpy of formations or the average bond disaccociation enthalpies I think. Was that the whole question or were you meant to use data book values to work it out?
