Hi everyone.  I am looking to couple an NH2 modified oligo to a COOH substrate using EDC/MES.  I was wondering if anyone knew the recipe for MES buffer, I can't seem to find it anywhere online.  All the web sites talk about just MES alone.  Is it ok to use MES alone with EDC, or do I have to prepare an actual buffer?
