Fractional Composition Diagram of Isoleucine (alpha value)

Hi,

i need a fractional composition diagram of Isoleucine pKa1: 2.32 (a-carboxylic acid) pKA2: 9.76 (a-amino)... and What is the fraction of each species at pH 10.00?

I have to draw it graph within excell, but i don't have an idea about it's calculations..

Can you give me information abaout calculating its alpha values?
