Need some help with a density problem...
« on: January 30, 2009, 12:02:37 AM »

Hey all, hope you're all having a good week. I have a test next week & can't solve this problem, any help? Thanks.

The density of a 50%by weight ethanol & water mixture is 909.9 kg/m^3

Determine the volume of water & ethanol needed to make 1m^3 of a 50% by weight mixture of ethanol in water.

Density ethanol: 789 kg/m^3
Density Water: 998 kg/m^3
