Methylphosphonic acid to Methylphosphonic dichloride

Could someone here explain the reaction that chlorinates Methylphosphonic acid into Methylphosphonic dichloride please? Even if you can't give an explanation, a name for the specific reaction would be nice so I could read about it myself.
