Basic Gas Laws

Umm...yea so I have the solution to this problem and I solved it a few weeks ago, but now I cannot remember how I did it.

I tried to covert the 10.3 cm to 103 mm Hg then converted it to atm and added to 0.977 but I didn't get the correct answer.

So then I tried subtracting it from 0.977, and I still didn't get the answer.

I need some help.

Note that the diagram says that the end of the manometer is closed.
