Can you start with a pair of balanced chemical reactions for the two fuels?  That's a good way begin to figure out this particular problem.

This is a financial and chemical problem.

Arkcon has elaborated the chemical aspect.

The financial aspect requires you to solve the following: fuel savings = conversion cost
