so i know that the H atom can have 2 electrons in H2o so its doesnt obey the octet rule in this instance.
Is there any examples where H can have 4 electrons or 6 in its shell during bonding?

Hydrogen doesn't obey octet rule.
In fact octet rule is more often broken than obeyed, although it usually works for the elements from the second period.
