how to lower the hydroxyl value of acrylic polyol

how to lower the hydroxyl value of solvent base acrylic polyol. OHv remain high if i reduce the amount of hydroxy monomer. i need help frm all of you.

Can you prereact by stirring in a small amount of isocyanate with tin catalyst?

or methylation of a part of hydroxy, with diazomethane or BF3/MeOH
or acetylation with acetic anhydride
