1/ I am wondering if CH2OH-CHOH-CH2OH is primary alcohol or secondary alcohol ?
2/ Can we dehydrogenation amines (if does, what is reagent) ?

Thanks !

You know primary alcohols are the one in which OH is on primary carbon atom.So apply this and you can see in this compound you have primary -OH and secondary
-OH  present together.Check it yourself.
dehydrgenation of amines...you mean you want to remove only H from nitrogen .Yes you can do .
check how to do alkylation of amines using alkyl halides.
