Can someone please suggest a thesis topic regarding molecular design/modeling?
This should not be already made and can be done in 1 day only.
Please anyone. Is that possible? I desperately need it.

Ok. :) But do you know a thesis that can be improved and be done in one day? A molecular modeling thesis topic.

A thesis is worth 3 years work. You can't expect to understand the nature of the work and make it better in 1 day. The chemistry you would have to do would be new and could weeks just to get to a decent level.
