Dear,
 I want to carry out wittig Horner reaction of phospahte ester with electron donationg substituted aldehyde. I tried the reaction in dry THF, DMF using NaH as base but no progress in the reaction. Please any body knowing the correct way with workup process kindly help me in this regard.

Can you describe what you observed during the reaction? "no progress" doesn't tell much.

Can you post structures of your phosphonate & aldehyde?
