I would like to create a stock solution of fairly anhydrous tetrabutylammonium perchlorate [TBAP] (in DMF or acetonitrile) for a series of electrochemical experiments.  Is there any problem with doing this? 
I have seen multiple references to drying solvents with storage over molecular sieves but I have never heard of storing mixed electrolyte solutions over molecular sieves which makes me suspicious as it seems an obvious simplification to the process. 

Will I have any problems if I mix and store a TBAP solution in DMF over molecular sieves (3A) such as reactions or adsorption of the TBAP out of solution?
