Does anyone have any data on heat capacity and thermal conductivity of aqueous solutions of salt solutions, in particular ammonium sulfate? Rule-of-thumb information could also be useful. Obviously, there is some variation with concentration and temperature so it would be nice to get a table for laboratory data or a regression equation with suitable range for Cp and k.

Any helpful references?

Yes, the CRC Handbook of Chemistry and Physics has these values. This book is expensive, and it may be worth your while to head to a university library, as most will have a few copies for you to view  .
