I am curious about the solubility of terpenes. What substances are capable of dissolving terpenes? Is their a single substance that can dissolve all the different types of terpenes?

Also, what substances chemically react with terpenes?

Answering your second questions: I think that there's no such thing as a universal solvent for a whole class of compounds.
