Please verify that the following statement is correct or not

E2 use basic solvent and Sn2 use polar aportic
Sn1 and E1 use polar protic
For the favourable reaction rate condition.

To verify that,
E2 is polar aprotic together with Sn2
and Sn1 and E1 are polar protic
