I am having difficulty balancing redox equations.

Apparently Ag is suppose to have a coefficient of 2, however I don't understand why, can you guys plz take a look at the attachments and explain to me how to do it. Thx in advance. In terms of the question itself i understand it, its just the coefficient aspect concerning balancing redox equations that I don't.
