I am looking to find a chemical or compound that has the following characteristics...

1)  Safe to apply to skin and possible contact to eyes
2)  Not visible with the naked eye, but under certain light or lens (ie - polarized lens) becomes visible

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Google is no help on this one.
