Excuse this silly question, but in mark schemes, what does "AVP" stand for?

Eg. "AW" = Alternative Wording

Looks like you have to ask whoever used this acronym when marking...

Thanks for replying, Borek.

I suspect "AVP" is particular to Biology mark schemes (just as mathematics or accountings have their own mark scheme terminology).

A google search suggests this (all the mark schemes found with "AV" appear to be Biology mark schemes) :
http://www.google.com.sg/search?hl=en&safe=off&q=AVP+mark+scheme+AW+&meta=

And indeed, looking at a Biology mark scheme with "AVP" was what prompted my question in the first place.

Thanks in advance to anyone for any further replies.

Alien Vs. Predator ;)
Most Common Suggestions I Make on the Forums.
1. Start by writing a balanced chemical equation.
2. Don't confuse thermodynamic stability with chemical reactivity.

Yes, I actually figured out this one over a year ago (I posted this question over 2 years ago, so long ago that I didn't think of updating the thread with the answer), but thanks anyway.
