Hows England doing in the whole 'death of home chemistry' pandemic?
America sure sounds bad for you guys
(Im new, it probably shows)
I think they (the USA amateur chemists) are exaggerating. They have a lot of chemicals available to them at every hardware store (pure NaOH, sulfur, methyl ethyl ketone, KMnO4, KNO3, conc H2SO4) and also LN2 at welding shops, thoriated welding rods and a lot of chemical shops are in the USA (unitednuclear.com, elementcollectors, galliumsource).
You can even pick up radioactive watches and fiestaware at garage sales.
For us Canadians, we have to either prepare ourselves or order online, from the USA.
