Title: Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger (internal floating head w/o clamp ring)
give data below

Methanol,  CH3OH and Water, H2O heat exchange system.
Methanol flow rate: 13.89 kg/s
Methanol velocity: 0.3-1.0 m/s
Methanol initial temperature: 303.15 K
Methanol final temperature: 313.15 K
Methanol density: 750 kg/m3
Methanol viscosity: 0.34 Pa.s
Methanol heat capacity: 2.84 kJ/kgoC
Methanol fouling factor = 5000 W/ m2   oC     
Water flow rate: 25.83 kg/s
Water velocity: 1.0-2.0 m/s
Water initial temperature: 333.15 K
Water final temperature:
Water density: 998.2 kg/m3
Water viscosity: 0.8 Pa.s
Water heat capacity: 4.2 kJ/kgoC
Water fouling factor = 3000-5000  W/ m2   oC     
TUBES
 Inner Diameter of tubes = 16-25 mm (19mm)
Outside diameter of tubes = 19.05 mm
Thickness of tubes =    (0.5-0.6) mm (0.5 mm)

Tube arrangement = equilateral triangular
Distance between tube diameter = 1.25 x the tubes outside diameter

u may need not to give me the answer cause maybe the data is not complete given.
BUT at least teach me how to find the value with formula with explaining and tell me what data i need in order to get the answer

This is a very good question. However, I am not allowed to do the work for you (forum rules, sorry).

The intention of the forum is to help provide guidance to you. Could you start the problem (give it your best try) and provide an explanation of why you did the step (as an example, X + Y = 100, meaning X is the value of the pages in the chapters of a book, and Y = the number of pages in the index. These two are to add up to 100.)
