I am considering composing a problem about polarimetry and it would be great if anybody suggested me a substance with very high specific rotation.

My aim is to get the angle of optical rotation some 30-60 degrees over 360 under usual conditions (room temperature, 1dm path length). I would prefer the measurement to take place in a solution, so I could include diluting it a few times into the problem. That way it would seem that upon diluting the solution the angle of rotation increases a couple of times which would make the problem interesting. You could also suggest pure liquids with very high specific rotations, but I would prefer solutions (because they can be diluted, as I already said).

I have searched the Internet, but so far I have only found substances that may have high specific rotations but are not soluble enough for my purpose of getting the angle of rotation over 360 degrees.

So: does anybody know a substance that can actually give angles of optical rotation over 360 degrees in solution?
If you don't know exactly but would still like to help, you are welcome to give your suggestions.
