Hi, I'm helping my daughter with school chem and its been a long time....
I'm trying to wrap my head around the Bronsted-Lowry acid-base model and fit that in with what I think of as typical acid-base reactions. So here's a really basic question that I'd really appreciate someone helping me with:
Describe the reaction CuO + H2SO4 -> CuSo4 + H2O
in terms of the Bronsted-Lowry model (ie conjugate acid-base pairs)
