Are there any two chemicals that are safe and when are mixed together get cold rather quickly?

Acetic acid and sodium bicarbonate is endothermic.  Depends how cold you want to go.

Depends, the chemicals themselves are harmless, but you're going to have a slurry at ~10 °C which could be considered a hazard for cold burns.

If you just use household vinegar and sodium bicarbonate, the risk with that reaction is minimal, I wasn't suggesting the use of glacial acetic acid or anything.
