Well I so far I have gotten most of them except for "sub" and "anhydr," which I'm guessing means "anhydrous"?
a. OSHA – Handbook of Hazard Communications
b. anhydr –
c. sub –
d. TLV – Threshold Limit Value
e. NFPA – National Fire Protection Agency
f. mixt - Mixture
Again, no idea what "sub" means. Substitute?
Thanks in advance for anyone's help.

well, OSHA means Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
anhydr is definitely anhydrous.
My guess for sub would be substance or maybe sublimes/sublimed, to be honest, it's not one that i've ever come across.
