Synthesis of 5-iodacetylsalicylic acid from salicylic acid

Alright so the assignment is to do this in lab we start with salicylic acid
I have successfully created acetylsalicylic acid (asprin) which is my attempt at the experiment will someone help me where to go from here. I mean i know im going to have to add some sort of iodine but will somebody help me with what i have to heat and dissolve it into and filter?

A good place to start looking for some experimental detail would be SciFinder Scholar. You could also try searching through
J. Chem. Ed.
, there are normally some types standard lab experiments detailed there.
