Dimensional Analysis

A cow weighing 1265 slug can yield 10% steak. Steak may contain 9.15% fat. How many milligrams of fat can you get from 0.595 slug of steak? (1 slug = 14.59 kg) Answer in units of mg.

So far I've converted the 0.595 slug of steak into 8.68106 kg of steak.
Considering that it's kg of steak I thought of multiplying the kg by the 9.15% of fat but then again, what throws me off is the 10% steak that is yielded by the 1265 slug. I'm not exactly sure what step to take next after converting to kg ...

Looks like you don't need it... as the problem says "0.595 slug of steak" that simply means that you've already got the 10% from your cow. Simply apply the fat percentage to the value of steak found out.

Hope I'm right anyway... it would be quite embarassing making a mistake on a problem like this  ;D
