When we're trying to write the name of this compound

Sb₂Te₃

and they're both metalloids, how do we know whether it's covalent or ionic?
(without an electronegativity table)

I was asked this question on a test and thought it was covalent, but they said it was ionic, so I guess I'm not as familiar as I should be with how to deal with metalloids.
