I need to plot of the density vs. Wt. % concentration.

My values of density are:

0.9982
1.0178
1.0381
1.0592
1.0810
1.1036
1.1270

And my weight %:

0.00
5.00
10.00
15.00
20.00
25.00
30.00

I'm having trouble coming up with a scale that will make a nice graph. Does anyone have any ideas for the density scale (what I should start at and go up by)?

If I were going to do the scale, I'd do the density by .200's and weight percents by 1's or 5's.

A graph of this nature really doesn't work. Going up by this amount on the densitys just doesn't create a nice line with this data. It's basically a horizontal line.

Can I do this for my density (which is the y-axis).

Start at 0.00 then shoot up to .98 then go to 1.00, then 1.02, then 1.04, etc. etc. is this allowed or is this not allowed when graphing?

Setting that aside -

I have seen graphs where the x-axis goes from 0.00 to 35.00 by incremented by 5.00 and the y-axis starts at 0.8000 to 1.2000 incremented by 0.0200. Sometimes with zero at the bottom of the y axis and a jagged y-axis line for a short distance to the .8000

And honestly I don't understand why there is any problem with making a graph. Start vertical axis at 0.99, go up to 1.13 with 0.01 incremement. (0,0) doesn't have to be included.
