Chromatography after filtering, allowing the tannins and other insolubles to fall out of the solution, and after a solvent extraction to remove the lipids?

Isn't it only significantly present in unrip fruit, and the leaves of plants in the solancea family?
So green tomatoes have it, but upon ripening and turning red they lose it all.. same goes with bittersweet nightshade, which might be a better source for this compound then a tomato plant. Also consider the potato plant or egg plant as another source...

yeah but i think it is more signigicant in the potato tuber..im planning to extract it on the leaf due to the fact that leaves of tomatoes are wasted and they just rot.. im planning to have a pretest without the pure extract..how can i have some of its extracts sir?thank you..=)
