Quantity of heat

Part a.  If adding 0.673g sample of Metal X to 150mL of 1.0M HCl caused a temperature increase of 8.43 C, calculate the quantity of heat that has flowed. Assume the density and specific heat of water.

Part b.  If the atomic weight of Metal X is 113, calculate Delta H for the above process.

I know that I have to use Q=mCAT, what is the mass though? Do I use the mass of the metal and HCl?

You may use either mass of the solution or mass of the solution plus metal. Mass of water is much higher, so mass of the metal shouldn't matter much in the final result.
