heres a ion analysis  question that attempted to record

I gathered the info from given chart in the questions paper:


These r tests already given in the paper that i have to carry out. I have used this format

My doubts:
1) have I used correct reagents and instructions to compose the tests from that chart ?
(for eg. - ..add silver nitrate and NH₃(aq) in drops?)
2) have i made correct observation with my tests?
