insertion methylene into the secondary C-H bond of Propane
« on: November 09, 2009, 11:33:53 PM »
Hi all,
One last question from my problem sheet which I'm not 100% sure on,
"write the product of insertion methylene (CH2 into the secondary C-H bond of propane"
I'm relatively certain this should just give you a nice little cyclopropane molecule, however the 'secondary C-H bond' makes me think it might be something else,
Anyone to confirm/deny?
