Heat formation

The heat of formation of beryllium oxide (BeO) is -610.9 kJ.
A 0.1375 g sample of beryllium is burned in a constant-volume calorimeter.
The temperature increases by 1.126 °C.
What is the heat change of the system? (+/-) J
What is the heat capacity of the calorimeter? (+/-) J/°C

I am completely lost on this problem.  Can someone help me?  Thanks

Please read forum rules.

At least write equations that are related to the problem.

Like I don't understand the formulas to use and which numbers to substitue in for the formula..if I can understand the formula then I can probably get the answer

I don't get why not understanding the formula makes it impossible to list it, but be it.
