Good question!
Since you have information on the production rate, the next step is to generalize the production and pretend that the fluids are standing still (kind-of like stopping time). First determine the concentration of fluid and gas in the wellbore, next calculate the gravitational force of the fluid (we can assume that the weight of natural gas is negligable unless is has been condensed).
Last, calculated the pressure needed to be overcome to push the fluid out of the hole at the production rate.
