optical analytical methods

hi i am confused. although i fully understand the analytical methods i am confused with the classification. my basic question is can polarography be classified as an optical analytical method?

I think you may be getting polarography (a voltammetric method) and polarimetry (an optical method) confused.
Experience is something you don't get until just after you need it.

Yes,polarography (a voltammetric method) and polarimetry (an optical method) are different!!!
Refer some basic analytical books.

nnnnnooooooooooooooooo at all polarography is electrometric method of analysis
