What equations do you know that relate [H3O+] to pH?

You can't give an exact answer, all you can do is you can say what is pH difference between both solutions. Like

i apologize....yes its in terms ok pH units lower or higher than that of solution B....ex answer 5.00 pH units lower than the pH of solution B....sorry for the confusing it was a late night last night....thankyouuu

As Borek said there is no solution for pH. There is solution for change of pH.
pH of solution a is lower than that of solution b by log(500)
