Pressure of saturation steam for wawter described by P=0.6112*exp[17.504*t/(241.2+t)]*1000 (unit Pa), when t - temperature in centigrade.
Properties of other you can find to

and
http://geopig.asu.edu/people/A_Plyasunov/Database_of_aqueous_organic_compounds.htm
If you would like calculate pressure of mix these gases. It may be perfomed as ideal gases mixture.
