If we take Fluoroscence in different solvent like hexane, DCM( Dichloro methane), benjene, DMSO, then we should dissolve copmound also in same solvent which we are taking in cuvette OR we can dissolve once compound in DCM and only we take different solvent in Cuvette( because I think if we have to take fluorescens in  100 solvent we wont make our solution 100 times but I am not sure.)
