I find that to measure the salt content of snack, Volhard’s Method may be a simple one
But I don't know how to release the salt from the chips

You could probably add water to the chips and let it soak for a couple of hours and then run it through a coffee filter before running your method. Boil it down to a decent concentration, then you are ready to go.
I've never seen a mole in a bag of animal crackers , but I've heard they're tasty. Can I have one please :)

But will there still are some oil left? If so, will the titration be affected? After titrated with AgNO3, is the colour of the end-point slight orange/red?

Do you think that the calcaulated mass of the salt will more or less than the quoted?

No one wants a helpers concentration to diminish.   :)
