I need help in selecting additives and suitable resin to achieve an optimum oreantation of mica based pearl in solvent based coatings

You are obviously using a solid Pearl pigment that is solvent system soluble, perhaps from a company like BASF.
Try Acetone or MEK or Hexanes or Xylene
Resins... Try this site
