Hey,
A friend of mine sells his own supplements (carbohydrates, proteins, and fats) and made a lot of money... Now he wanted to set up a labor
I'm currently doing my masters in chemistry but don't know what I should tell him.

So the question is: What gadgetry/equipment do I need to check the purity of protein/carbs powder as well as fets?
I also want to check the protein/carbs content (in percent). How do I check for the concentration of noxious substances (e.g. iron in protein powder..).
I really need to know how it's done professionally in the industry.

Anyone can help me out or knows somebody I can talk to?
