A liter of CuCl2-water solution which contains 1.0 mg of CuCl2 has a concentation of CuCl2:
a. 1 ppb
b 1 ppm
c 1 ppt
d 1%
e 10%
how do i do this problem?
1mg/1L ??

Depends on how precise you want to be. As a first approximation 1L of water always (almost by definition) weights the same.
You were very close to the answer in your first post.
