little in literature about physical properties of CO2

why is there little information available about co2 bond force constant, bond length , De etc?

I am sure there is plenty of published research on the physical properties of CO2; it just may be old.  A lot of databases (like Web of Science) only go back to the early 90's.  My guess is, you need to go back at least to the 50's or so.  I would try Sci-Finder which many universities offer in their school libraries.  The NIST Webbook probably has all of this data too.
