I've found some articles about determination of Melamine with a HILIC column by LC/MS/MS, or with a RP column by HPLC-UV.
1.) I would like to know if it's compatible to use a HILIC column with HPLC-UV detector.
2.) Why is it more common to use HILIC column to determine melamine with LC/MS/MS?
