Third year chemistry project
« on: April 30, 2010, 06:12:48 AM »
Hello guys,
I'm going to do a project in the last semester of my third year studies. The project can be on anything that one chooses/likes as long as it's lab related, meaning you will be in the lab for at least once a week doing a 7 hour practicals on what you have choosen. However, there are no choices/options offered by the course coordinators....you have need to come up with something you you really are interested in. So i thought i was going to do a project on spectroscopy, but i don't have anything interesting that would go on for a semester as a 'lab-work'.
What's your take on this? are there any intesresting options besides spectroscopy stuff?

Opinions are highly appreciated.
Cheers

okay i picked Raman spectroscopy, but I can't find a good book to use though....our lecturer recommends modern spectroscopy by J michael, but I don't find much application of Raman effect in that book.
