n-oxide in ether solvent

is it true that n-oxide of amine compound will form in trace amount while using ether solvent?

Depends which amine.  I doubt all do or I would not need to use hypofluorous acid to generate some oxides.

Depends on how much peroxide is present in the ether solvent.
Development Chemists do it on Scale, Research Chemists just do it!

my compound have trace amount of n-oxide which is form while i am doing workup in ether solvent, by doing repeated crystallization the n-oxide not wash out completelly,which is best method to remove n-oxide from organic compound ??

try a reductive work-up. or better do not use an etheric solvent

Use distilled ether and you may not see the oxidation product.
